Residential Cleaning

STANDARD SERVICE:
Our standard residential cleaning service includes disinfecting all door handles and knobs, dusting (furniture and fixtures), sweeping and mopping, vacuuming carpets/area rugs, wiping windows (including window frames) and mirrors, & emptying the trash (including recycling). We will thoroughly clean the living room, dining room & family room.

Our Standard Service also includes the cleaning of the following areas in your home:

Kitchen

STANDARD SERVICE

Cleaning countertops & back splashes, wiping down outside of cabinets, the refrigerator & oven; cleaning (both in/out) of small appliances (microwave, toaster oven, etc.)

Bathroom

STANDARD SERVICE

Cleaning of tub/shower, toilet, sink & cabinets; sweeping and mopping bathroom floor and the removal of linen.

Bedroom

STANDARD SERVICE

Remaking of the bed, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.

FULL SERVICE:
Our full service plans includes all of Standard Service plus:

  • Wiping down of baseboards,
  • Cleaning of window blinds,
  • Cleaning inside of the oven
  • Cleaning light fixtures, doors and frames.

DELUXE SERVICE:
Our deluxe service plans includes all of Full Service plus:

  • Sweeping the garage
  • Cleaning inside of the refrigerator
  • Sweeping in the patio/pool area outside

ADD-ONs
Additional services available as an add-on:

  • Outside windows wipe down (1st floor only)

Boat/Yacht (Cabin Only)

Our boat/yacht cleaning service includes: cleaning of all interior hard surfaces including cabinets, walls, mirrors, floors (mop and sweep), overhead, bathrooms, appliances, windows, blinds, all knobs, handles and metal, carpet vacuuming, furniture and fixtures dusting.
